The Louisiana Film Professionals Network (LaFPN) and SAG-AFTRA are presenting a webinar on the Low Budget Agreements including the Student and Short Film, Ultra Low Budget, Modified Low Budget and Low Budget Agreements. The presenter, Leslie Krensky, SAG-AFTRA South Region Director of Contracts and Operations, will offer valuable information on the production requirements of these agreements. The webinar presentation will be followed by a Q & A session.

R.I.P. to a dear friend and agent, Claudia Speicher of New Orleans Model & Talent Agency. Claudia represented thousands of actors over the 40+ years she advocated for local and regional talent and will be sorely missed. The SAG-AFTRA New Orleans Local sends out love to all who were touched by this wonderful and classy lady and especially to her sisters Bobbi and Melanie…we are sorry for your loss. Our hearts go out to New Orleans.

New Orleans Local Members,
SAG-AFTRA Wages & Working Conditions meeting will be scheduled soon in preparation for negotiation of the TV/Theatrical-Exhibit A contracts that expire on June 30, 2014. All members who work the TV/Theatrical-Exhibit A contracts are encouraged to attend and participate.

All W&W Committee meetings are open to all paid-up members; participation is limited only by fire department regulations. Please bring your current membership card (paid thru April 30, 2014) for admittance.
