Annual Cleveland Council Picnic and Contracts Conservatory Q&A

By Andy Schofield

The Third Annual SAG-AFTRA Family Picnic on Aug. 20 was a wonderful day in Sunny Parma for a gathering, and a great chance to catch up with friends and meet new members. There were 30 people in attendance.

Business Rep Chelsea Danley Rodgers attended from Pittsburgh and we had a conservatory Q&A on the specifics of the different contracts and how relatively easy it is to flip a project from non-union to union. Other members shared their knowledge as well. Chelsea also brought some great swag, including some nifty shirts.

Thank you to everyone for coming, including, in no special order, Rodgers, Joe Gunderman, Chris Lacey, Mike Misiak and Mike Mace for helping with supplies, as well as all the others who brought something to share.
